Pay my Bill Online
How To Use This Service:
You can now view and pay your Clear Creek Telephone & TeleVision statement online. The first step is to register — you will need your latest billing statement.
Once you register for an online account, you can enter the user name and password that you select and view your account status including current and past statements. You can pay your account online using a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card. You will continue to receive a paper statement in the mail unless you elect not to.
To sign up for your online account, click the Pay My Bill Online link here or in the right column of any page in this website. Easy. Convenient. Secure.
GREEN CREDITS NOW AVAILABLE
SAVE $1 PER MONTH WHEN YOU USE OUR ONLINE AUTOMATIC BILL PAY
SAVE $2 PER MONTH WHEN YOU ELECT EMAIL NOTIFICATION THAT YOUR BILL IS READY TO BE VIEWED AND YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A PAPER BILL
Customers using these options save Clear Creek money each month and we happily pass those savings on to our valued customers. Follow these instructions to sign up for one or both of the money-saving options.
Log on to your online bill account (first time users must register first). To sign up for the "Green" credits for automatic payment select "Make a Payment". On the next screen, select "Change Payment Method."
From the next screen, select your method of payment from the following two choices to receive the $1 monthly credit:
Bank Account — Automatic
or
Credit Card — Automatic
From the next screen, for each of these choices, you will see an option to select:
I no longer wish to receive a bill through the mail and receive $2.00 per month Green credit
Select this option and press "Update Account" to receive $2.00 monthly credit.
