Director of Member Operations

If you have proven leadership skills, a can-do attitude and want a career with a company that has a longstanding reputation of customer service, quality, and employee loyalty, we may have the position you are looking for.  Clear Creek Communication is seeking a Director of Member Operations. The Director of Member Operations is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the President, Board and other management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.  This position oversees all activities related to the organization’s programs and operations of Member Services, Technical support, Sales, billing, and Marketing. The position’s primary responsibility is to collaborate with the President and lead the organization, its staff, and Board.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and or equivalent work experience; Minimum five years’ customer services operations experience, two years supervisor experience required. At least 2 years in the telecom industry experience preferred but not required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
  • Has an advanced understanding in using applicable programs such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Previous Supervisory experience.

Essential Duties:

Strategic Planning & Program Oversight
Collaborates with the President to define and articulate the organization’s vision and to develop strategy for achieving that vision. Oversees the design, delivery and quality of programs and services. Collects and analyzes evaluation information that measures the success of the organization’s program efforts and refines or changes programs in response to that information.

Marketing
Collaborates with the President and marketing group to conceptualize and implement a market strategy and achieve marketing targets. Specific responsibilities include business and market development; market research and planning; strategic direction for promotion and advertising; coordination with sales; and directing the day-to-day activities of personnel. Develops the annual marketing plan and the tactics and resources necessary to support organizational strategy and objectives. Provides leadership and/or supports the design, development, and implementation of products and service lines. Oversees and provides direction to market and competitor analysis. Acts as liaison between the organization and the community, building relationships with peer organizations when appropriate.

Staff Development
Builds and effectively leads a dedicated team that is committed to the development and execution of tangible and relevant initiatives. Promotes a culture that reflects the organization’s values, encourages exceptional performance, and rewards effectiveness. Collaborates with the President on employee hiring and separation decisions and evaluates the organizations and staff’s performance on a regular basis. Develops future leadership within the organization.
